Staff is helpful and friendly. Also found out that they help find homes for animals that have been surrendered. They have all sorts of different animals and exotic pets to choose from. Im happy to have found this pet store. Ill definitely be back.

Last nights experience will have us not returning . Me and my son LOVED this pet store , we got all our cats and dogs supplies there . He loved seeing the kitty and all the small animals there . I felt good supporting a small buisness in town and not a large corporation. But to be nastily greeted at the door because they close in 10 minutes isn’t it . We were planning to be in and out within two minutes , we were well aware when they closed but my kitty had a rough rough day at the vet and just wanted to grab him something to cheer him up real quick . The female worker was SO mad we came in , giving us a dirty look the whole time we were In the store . While checking out my 4 year old son was excitedly trying to talk to her , she rolled her eyes at him with a disgusted look on her face . H

2 different locations, one is marysville. The owner is very rude, if you have kids DO Not let them work here, she bullies the kids, rather than taking a look at her main management who do nothing all day long. Do not recommend this place for new hires. The business owners need to take a look at if they are handling too much with 2 different stores, owner in Marysville is a woman and seems miserable. Instead go to Hollywood Feed in Rochester, highly recommended as I’ve been in there amazing owners and staff, helped me find what I needed for my cat quickly, and super sweet people, owner takes good care of employees. Don’t go to a place out of convenience, go somewhere that actually cares about their employees.

Small business for pet care. It's ok here and they do have a decent selection of animal food and care products. Prices are kind of steep and help can be sporadic. We do come here for convenience and because they're here.

Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Good selection of fish for a smaller establishment. Fish seemed well cared for and healthy.
