Classic Clips Pet Grooming

I would give less than 1 star if could. At first I thought they were wonderful. I scheduled a date for my 2 dogs. They called back later and told my "oh sorry that date doesn't work", and rescheduled me for a date that was less convenient for me. I ended up having to cancel, kind of last minute due to 1 of my dogs being gravely ill and needing immediate vet attention. They were great about and rescheduled for 3 weeks out (was jot upset about that since was my cancelation). About 6 pm the night before my appointment i get a call need to cancel family emergency. Okay it happens but when I ask when we can reschedule I was told I should look for another groomer. When I called owner of grooming business her son seemed less than concerned about replacement persons (owner retiring) terrible servi

Wonderful, friendly, reasonably priced service. Does a fantastic job on our poodle and cockapoo, and they don't seem stressed when I pick them up, which is a good indication that she treats them well and is patient. I'm not her only fan, though, as appointments are usually filled for up to three-months out, so book early.

Carol is a very nice and caring groomer, I admire her confidence in her trade. She shows her experience in a calm a assured way, I love the way she handles my stubborn Pekingese very good job

Fast, easy and cheap. She was friendly and showed us tricks to stay ahead of the shedding! Definitely going back!!
