Claremont Pet & Aquarium Center

All around fantastic store. I stopped in out of curiosity as I pass this store often for work. I immediately noticed an impressive aquatic section. Loads of freshwater fish and a good selection of saltwater on the back wall. I had a question about clown fish which grew into an excellent conversation with Josh. His passion was clear and his energy was contagious! He was curios about what my vision was for the tank and walked me around the coral tank to give me some ideas. Overall it is an excellent store and worth a drive to check out! Thank you Josh!

Frustrating. you can tell there are amazing employees who know what they are doing, they take amazing care of the animals, especially the fish. Amazing selection of drift wood, rocks, and other aquatic needs. Such a shame that’s where my praise ends. The problem arises when you start to look at the prices. They are SO obnoxiously priced. The EXTRA SAME ITEMS can be more than 50 percent more then if you got them at another pet store, or even online!! Sometimes even 60 percent more! I was comparing my list to their prices and it’s just insane how much they get away with jacking up prices. There’s spending more to support a local store, and then there’s this robbery. Begging you, especially when it comes to anything aquatic, do your research and shop elsewhere before wasting your money. End

We drive an hour to see Josh in the aquarium section and it’s worth every minute we drive. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and shares it in a kind, non-judgmental way. He loves to teach about aquariums and his passion is evident in the well taken care of tanks and fish. He spends time learning about what your vision is and helps you bring it to life. We won’t go anywhere else for our aquarium now. Whether you’re a beginner or not-Josh is the go to guy.

Such a pleasurable experience! Josh is not only personable, he is a wealth of knowledge & obviously is passionate about aquariums and sea life:) He was extremely helpful with helping us set up our tank. We will definitely come out of our way again to visit soon!!!

Had my dog groomed yesterday, with the new groomer Kylie. When I picked my dog up I was amazed how good he looked! Excellent. I will definitely keep going back.
