The salon smelled terrible( strong ammonia, cat pee smell), it was dark and uninviting. I TRULY WISH I HAD WENT WITH MY GUT AND LEFT RIGHT AWAY!!!! My dogs were not ready even after being there for 2.5 hours. The price was outrageous for the service provided. Our Shi Tzu was very scared when we got there to get him. ( he gets groomed regularly, his groomer was away)We later found a fifty cent sized open wound under his chin. NEVER again would l leave my babies in their care!!!!! Think long and hard before taking your precious fur babies to this salon.
I have been going here for a couple of years and i am made to feel welcome and leave my dog knowing that he will be well treated. When we return, I don't see him wanting to dodge or avert being brought here. So go with confidence.
Great prices !!!!! Very caring for my dog I'm definitely be going back
