Is this place even open….??? been trying to call for a good 4-5 days on the open business days… never any answer.. but yet take our loved babies here? i’m almost tempted to drive past and see if this a abandoned property and false reviews. In a world where everyone is on the phone 24/7, and is available… why is this business not? be careful pet parents!!!! i sense a scam NO THANKS.

I RARELY write reviews, but after numerous attempts to contact the owner I am hoping that my feedback will help so others don’t have the same experience. As a groomer, Cynthia is top notch. My dogs both really seemed comfortable coming to her and they always looked great after. However, as a business owner, she fails miserably. We live 5 minutes up the road from CJ’s and we have 2 dogs we had been bringing to her on several occasions. We were fully intending to be loyal clients for years to come. However, Cynthia is completely unorganized and unprofessional with her scheduling. I’m not sure if she overbooks or just desperately needs help managing her schedule but it has been a complete nightmare. The first negative incident happened in July of last year. Just brought my little Zowie to Cynthia for the first time. Not only did Cynthia fix a terrible haircut, she took extra care with some of Zowie’s problem areas. Zowie came home bright-eyed and happy instead of scared and anxious like she normally did from her old groomer. Thank you Cynthia!

Cynthia is the best! My doggos absolutely love her. And they look perfect when she gets through with them.

Love this place!! Cynthia does a beautiful job and she’s reasonable. Most places put your dog in a cage when they’re done and you have to pick them up within an hour or an hour and a half. Cynthia let’s the dogs free inside her shop and if they want to go in a cage, they can. Amazing how all the dogs get along!! And she’s very understanding if it’s gonna take you a little longer to pick them up. I highly recommend CJs!!!
