CJ Acres Animal Rescue Farm

A Pekin duck was abandoned in my parents neighborhood. They were able to take her in the same day I reached out. We dropped her off and we’re able to tour the sanctuary, it is clear this place is special and a safe haven for animals in need. Thankful for all that they do!

The work done here is absolutely incredible and I can't say enough about how great the rescued animals are treated and how much love and respect they are given in their second chance at life here! I've led several student groups here on service trips and have always had such a welcoming and educational experience. If you ever have any funds to give, I highly recommend taking this on as a place to consider regularly donating funds to and to supporting through volunteer work. Amazing, peaceful place for rescued farm angels. Volunteer your spare time or donate , truly a rescue farm, these animals are well taken care of and need our help.

Super unique experience meeting the man behind the farm as well as the animals. I called the number listed in an attempt to visit and received a personal call back and was able to schedule a walk around.

Great place that does great work. Events there are always amazing and you can even schedule private tours.
