Everyone was super sweet. The front desk lady was welcoming and efficient, she had me ready to go as soon as I walked in the door and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The tech was extremely kind, she handled my cat with such love and care and even went out of her way to help me get my baby back in the carrier. The doctor was personable and really helped ease some of the anxiety. Not only did he handle my cat with care, he was also very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly for me. The room was set up to be as comfortable as possible for cats. They had treats ready, a calming diffuser, and even a cat tree for my boy to play and explore. Vets are never a fun place when you have a sick pet, but they made sure I had the best experience I could have possibly had. I truly app

I suspected our little Yorkie had a bladder infection. I couldn’t get her into our local city vet, but they connect me with one downtown that could get us in that day. We were so happy that they worked with us and saw us so promptly. She’s now on antibiotics and doing very well. They followed up with a text message a couple days later to make sure she was doing OK. I appreciate their thoroughness. We’ll be going back.

Dr. Alex Aronoff is an outstanding veterinarian. He’s incredibly professional, takes his time, and answers every question thoroughly. My dog, Kimber, is almost 9 and has a history of thyroid issues, and I feel confident bringing her here because Dr. Aronoff is so smart. He explains things clearly and actually cites studies, research, and numbers like nobody’s business — you can tell he truly knows his stuff and stays up to date. I’m so glad Kimber is in his care! His staff is also amazing—friendly, professional, and great with Kimber. The front desk staff member, Sammie, was funny, kind, and lovely, and the veterinary technician, Kaylee, was genuine, knowledgeable, and so pleasant. I’m truly grateful for both of them. This practice is wonderful in every way.

My cat was throwing up the past few days, so I brought him here to get checked out. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here! My cat is very anxious and hates new people, but Kaylie and Dr. Aronoff were very good with him and gained his trust within minutes. The office was clean, the prices were reasonable, and I was able to book a same day appointment. Dr. Aronoff is very knowledgeable and up to date on veterinary research. I asked for food, supplement, portion size, etc. recommendations, and he gave advice that he then backed up with memorized statistics, detailed descriptions of research methods, and other useful information, which was very reassuring.
