We absolutely love Dr. Tucker and the entire team at CityVet Preston Park. Their level of professionalism is truly next tier, but what really sets them apart is how welcoming and accommodating they are every single visit. No question ever goes unanswered, and they always take the time to explain things clearly without making you feel rushed. MisterGus genuinely gets excited to go, whether it is for his paw-dicures, checkups, annual physical or allergy shots, which says everything. The staff is kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. They even greet us by first name at every appointment, which makes it feel personal, not clinical. The care, consistency, and heart they show both pets and owners is rare. Dr. Doug Tucker has been seeing our pets for 20+ years & he is unfailingly kind, professional, & helpful. He is a wonderful diagnostician & clinician & takes the time to listen & do follow-ups. He never tries to "up-sell" any procedures or products. You cannot find a better vet in DFW.

Love the City Vet in this location. Dr.Tucker is the best. He is kind, informative, patient,gentle and he really care about my fur babies. Rest of the staff is super nice as well. We love coming to Preston CityVet. They always make time to see my babies even when its an emergency.

We have nothing but absolutely amazing things to say about this entire staff. From the groomers to the front desk to the doctors, we have always felt cared for and valued. Specifically, we had an amazing experience with Dr. Eckels and his technician Krysteen. We came to the very hard decision with Dr. Tucker to put down our dog- Dr. Tucker was amazing through this whole journey- but Dr. Eckels was the one who was present for the appointment. He and Krysteen went above and beyond. They met us in our grief and walked through the whole process with us. They both were so vigilant of our feelings and took such amazing care of not only us but our Rosco. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Just went on Sunday with my two new senior girls. I was hesitant to change vets after eons of being with the previous one. I switched due to not caring for recent service at the previous place. So glad I did. The counter staff were friendly and efficient. The techs and assistants were awesome and gentle with my girls. The vet explained everything in detail and did not act like he was impatient with my many questions. They also were clean and quiet. They had a small photo of too for shark week! Really glad I chose them.
