I love this location! I finally found my baby at home. Super clean facility, friendly staff, knowledgeable, doctors, and an amazing groomer Jasmine. All of this under ONE roof. FINALLY! Happy for me and ZaZa!!

Best vet we’ve taken our cats to, ever! Dr. Fish was so helpful about always offering a solution or something we can do when something came up with their health. My smallest cat got a really bad fever and they gave her fluids and she was right back to herself. My other cat had a nervous overgrooming problem, and Dr. Fish gave him a steroid shot that made his fur grow back quicker. I’m so so grateful to her and the staff at CityVet!

I’m sure they’re fine for dogs and cats, but please do NOT take your exotics here, even though they offer seeing them. I took my baby skink here as an emergency and at first I was very grateful that they performed surgery same-day. However, I do not believe the vet truly knew what she was doing with my baby. During the appointment consultation, not much information was inquired on her end- I kept offering up details and she didn’t seem interested in addressing root causes or looking into anything besides the immediate issue. She also did not properly address potential risks or follow-up care with me, as I was put under the assumption this was a confident procedure and my lizard would be fine and I’d have no issues with anything relating to the procedure itself. I had to make an urgent appointment for my dog. The receptionist was soooo patient with me as I was trying to find some missing vet records. I was blocked out of my gmail due to random google storage issues and she was patient with me throughout the whole process. I appreciate it so much because trying to get ahold of the records (i had to call the former vet) was such an annoying experience for me. It took me longer than I expected but once it was resolved, I felt very much at ease due to how she helped handle the situation. Having a sick dog is already an apprehensive feeling and she handled me with care. The veterinarian and assistant were also very kind and helpful!
