So happy with our newest vet office in the community! We had a scare this morning with our 4 month old puppy and City Vet Lake Worth was able to get us in right away. Everyone was so kind and patient with our puppy I wish I had gotten everyone’s names! We did end up needing to sedate our little guy to diagnose the problem and get him comfortable but he was happy as can be when I picked him. I really appreciate the 2 calls I received from Dr H during his visit to update me and for taking the time to walk through his x-rays with me. 10/10 recommend this will be our new vet for all of our animals!

I've found my vet home. From the second we walked in to the moment we left, my dog was care for with compassion,empathy and respect. The entire visit was lovely. My dog is terrified of the vet due to a past bad experience. The staff gave her the room and the time she needed to make her more comfortable. The care was top notch. No vet visits are cheap. But the price of the visit was very reasonable. Especially for the care she received. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great vet that gives above and beyond care.

They saved our sweet Lucy, they went above and beyond and worked with us. Way more empathetic and caring than any vet we’ve ever encountered. Il forever be grateful and will always choose them! The care from City Vet Lake Worth is absolutely amazing! They have been so supportive and gentle while helping my cat, Biscuit, on her road to recovery. Dr. Shanks, Ashley, and the receptionist are truly some of the kindest people ever. Their compassion, patience, and dedication mean the world to me. I’m so grateful for everything they’re doing for Biscuit—highly recommend this wonderful team! 🐾

This was Jaspurr’s (my cat) first visit! Let me just say this is a first class vet clinic. The whole staff is friendly! I was so happy to see Jessica Knox (Vet Tech) walk in our examining room. She was the best pet sitter we have ever had. She was just as happy to see us. She spent a great deal of time with my cat and was very thorough asking about his medical history. Dr. Shanks was amazing as well. I’m thrilled to have Vet City as our new Vet.
