My baby girl was in such good hands for her grooming at City Dog! They were very easy to book and provide great service and communication. Loved the photos they sent during her bath and even followed up after to make sure we were happy. Would totally recommend!

I’ve been bringing my dog, Luna, to City Dog Club for grooming for the past four years. We originally started at this location, then switched to the Ballard location when Courtney was grooming there. When Ballard closed and Courtney moved back to this location, we happily followed her. Courtney is fantastic. She takes the time to talk through exactly what I want, is thoughtful with Luna, and consistently does a beautiful job. Luna always comes home looking adorable. I also love the report card they send home with cute photos and notes — such a thoughtful touch that makes the experience feel extra special. Friendly and caring staff, clean place! My senior dog is a bit socially awkward, but the staff were very considerate, they gave her space while still making sure she got some exercise and playtime instead of just staying in her kennel all day.

My dog had a great first day experience at city dog. Shane was professional, knowledgeable, efficient but most of all he really cared about my dog. He spent time with my dog and gave him a very thoughtful and thorough report card. I watched him interact with other clients as well. It is evident that he cares about all his clients and has a good relationship with them. I brought my dog back the next day for his first real time and he couldn’t wait to get back and play with the other dogs. He didn’t even look back at me. He was happy and tired when I picked him up and I received another thorough report card. I feel confident knowing my boy is happy and loved when I leave him.

My palmchi, Waldo Emerson gets groomed by City Dog every 2 months. Essentially a Chia Pet! The love, care and maintenance are unmatched. Christa, the groomer is the best, and all the best people know it. She's a dog whisperer. The care and service from the front of house is wonderful and greatly appreciated. I count on City Dog to help me maintain Waldo's health and happiness. They always underpromise and overdeliver. We love our City Dog!
