City Pets Vet

I have a new kitten, Elmo. We had our first visit at City Pets Vet yesterday. It was a really good experience for both of us. Very relaxed. They focus on keeping your animals and YOU calm. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I am relieved to have found a veterinarian and staff who are supportive and competent. This is our new home for anything medical for little Elmo.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. My 130-pound Doberman, who struggles with severe anxiety and fear aggression, had stepped on glass. They made same-day accommodations—an absolute lifesaver. I gave him his pre-visit anxiety meds, but the real magic was the staff. From the doctor to the manager, the client service team, and the assistants—every single person was patient, calm, and gentle. They worked at his pace, and despite his fear aggression, they completed his treatment fully—including cleaning up his injured paw. The customer service was outstanding. I brought my dad along, and we felt comfortable in the quiet, cozy ambiance. If you have a challenging pet, this is the place to go! They truly care. City Pets Vet was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was super patient and gentle with my extremely anxious cats. This was our first time there, and both my boys were upset about being in a new place, but we got to the resignation stage of grief quicker than usual! I will be going here regularly from now on, and I'm delighted.

City Pets Vet has been my go-to for a couple of years now. They helped my previous corgi and now my newest family member. They're always very patient in answering my questions and making my pup and me feel welcome. They're the only vet my dogs have enjoyed going to! Highly recommend!

I LOVE Dr. Eva and her team at City Pets. They were with me during a VERY difficult time with my dog Max as we went through amputation and then eventually passed due to osteosarcoma. Even with an awful situation they made it better by providing great care. I take all my animals there now. It's also SUPER easy to schedule and communicate with them, their systems and processes are super efficient which I really appreciate.
