Cindy's Smiling Sammy Grooming

I take my beloved dog here for boarding when I go on trips that I can’t take her with me and they are excellent. They are attentive to any special needs your dog has and I have called to check on her before and they are responsive. They also offer grooming which is a plus so she comes home fresh and clean.

Extremely clean building and a very friendly staff! All animals, whether boarding or groomed, seem to be happy and content. I love that I get real grooming tips from Cindy when i'm there. Great place!

I had a great experience with Cindy and her staff. We boarded 3 dogs there and they were well taken care of. I highly recommend this place if you want a safe place for your animals!

I absolutely would not recommend anyone to board their pet at this facility. My family is still recovering over the loss of our precious dog. Our GSD was boarded there for 6 days. When we picked him up, we found him vomiting. When we got home the vomiting continued and he could not even keep water down. He looked emaciated as if he had lost a bunch of weight during his stay there as well. Sadly, he worsened overnight, and he passed away just 18 hours after we picked him up from the boarding kennel. It was a shock and a huge loss. I called the owner, and she denied that he was having any difficulty eating or drinking, just kept repeating that he couldn't have had any issues, or she would've been told by her staff. Never once expressed sympathy for our loss or said she was sorry and that
