I lost my buddy bonjovi about 3. 4. Months ago. Cindy's did all his grooming. Always did great work made him look like the little gentleman he was. Now I've got a sweet little girl I got at the shelter her name is Molly. They do excellent work. Id like to thank the great folks at Cindy's for doing such good work and taking such good care of my little fur babies. You all are the best. And highly recommend.

I took my pup here for the first time. I had a great experience. They are "kennel free" so you don't step foot inside the facility. But I didn't mind that. They did a good job on grooming my dog and the price seemed reasonable. I will definitely be taking my dog back here.

Been going for awhile. The lady said the usual? 1/4 trimmed off. Came back to my dog shaved down to a 1/4 inch. 😭 She had 3 inches of fur and it’s the middle of winter. My dog was literally in shock. Let’s not even start with how they shaped her face. 😬 And left length of unshaven fur around her paws. Please beware! Their level of detail is awful!

For starters my wife discussed the desired length she wanted our dog trimmed with Cindy when she dropped the dog off. We wanted to keep some length and Cindy ran her hands through the hair and said she could do it. When I picked him up, I knew that my wife wouldn't be happy. My daughter was shocked. I've posted before and after pics for comparison. I got "excuses" about the animal not being brushed out before bringing him in and her brushing for 3 hours?? Again, she saw the dog! Which means that there was plenty of time to "err on the side of caution" as she said she does in a different review posted here. The conversation my wife relayed was leaving about 4 or 5 inches, not a basic shaving. We would have preferred a call explaining why Cindy could not do what said she could do and we wo
