I visit this store almost every day with my dog Frank. It has become a regular stop on our walk, and we have come to know almost every staff member, and we love them all! Not only are they super friendly and warm, but they are also incredibly helpful in recommending treats, food, detangling brushes and even fitting new harnesses. I highly recommend this store!

It would have been a 5. The Roseville store and the North Oaks stores are great, the staff is solid. If I have an issue I will address with store leadership as it could be an issue, but could also be a coachable moment. I enjoy the messages on happenings and sales in the store. However, while I enjoy the store I can buy my product elsewhere and the problem is this right here and the corporate office requesting "Feedback" every time I step into the store and make a purchase. Don't worry when I delete and ignore, just like a needy insecure partner Chuck and Dons corporate will remind me they are awating feedback. Parking is tight, but doable. Staff is very very helpful and friendly. Well kept bathrooms.

This place is so great. I’m a member of their rewards program and it’s paid off since I started going here. The store associates really know what hey are talking about and helped me to trouble shoot every pet wow I’ve encountered. Try the probiotic goats milk, it’s the best. We love this place!
