Bad customer service. We walked the entire store and did not get asked if we needed help. When we found what we thought was a steal turns out it was just a run of the mill small discount. I had asked the cashier to scan a different pack to see if it was on sale she refused. I've never had an issue with unfriendly service at dee o gee. With online retailers brick and mortar stores really need to maintain customer service stay afloat. I hope at the very least labeling for sale items is much clearer for future shopper. But the follow up could use a bit more ownership and understanding.

Great local pet supply store! Helpful in my time of need with a large breed puppy that likes to chew :) I’m very glad they had coffee wood and non nylon bones! I will definitely keep going there for future pet needs.

Bodie just loves his Stella & Chewey's baked lamb raw coated kibble. And for a special treat, a bit of Marie's Magical Dinner Dust tops it off. I thought, being a privately-owned, local company, the prices would be high - but I did a price-comparison with Petco's subscription price, as well as Amazon's and Chewy.com, and they were the same or lower. And the folks in the store are nice, too. Support local! They're great!

Such a great shop! *Without fail* I receive excellent (read: kind , friendly, competent) service every time I go in! This is one of two Chuck and Don’s I shop at. Both are really good but the Longmont store is just beyond. This kind of thing means an awful lot to people some days. 🙏🏻 My bestest girls in the whole world and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
