Chow Hound Pet Supplies

I came in to give my puppy a bath. It was his first time in a store, and also his first time having a bath outside of my house. He was of course scared and wiggling around, crying and barking very loudly. I was by myself, and a worker could tell I was struggling because she came over, sat with me, and fed my puppy treats while I bathed him, to calm him down. She was a life saver! I didn’t get her name, but she helped me out a lot. She was very kind the whole time and showed me how to work the bath and how many pumps to use and everything! I ended up buying the treats she used with my puppy, because he liked them so much!

They had what I needed,but they have loose running cats that don't look very healthy,and are scratching,probably won't go back Update 3/2/2026. I shouldn't have gone back but I did,I had to find an employee to ring me up,and she was rude, acted like I was an inconvenience

Got to say that Heather is ur best employee there love her to peice and the people that work when she works!!! Theyre helpful and socialize with there animals!!! Love sidney pet store!!! ❤️

It was the first time that we took our dogs in there and they seem like they had a good time as we shopped for a new leashes.

Absolutely wonderful staff and the manager is terrific there. Be sure to stop by and pay the cat tax in pets to the cat that lives inside!
