Choice Pet - Southbury

I have been going there for the past year and a half and Beth has groomed my golden. I also spend quite a bit of for my dogs and my cat but this one particular manager the last three or four encounters with her it’s always the same you feel like you don’t belong or you’re bothering Her Finally did call today after leaving the store and spending quite a bit of money on my dogs and cat but this might be the last she seems like she is super miserable. Maybe it’s time for Management to either talk to her or she should find another job where she’s not dealing with customers a girl doesn’t even know how to say hi I think at one point, she was pleasant don’t know what happened once in a while. Everyone has a bad day but every time I go in there, she’s got the same look on her face and walks right

I have enjoyed shopping here since they opened. The manager, Alicia is always so friendly, helpful and informative. She really has a passion for her work and helping to find the best products for my pets. All my interactions with the other staff have been positive as well. Additionally, we have had a couple great experiences with nail trims by Beth. My dogs don't like their nails being done but Beth makes it quick and stress-free for them. If you haven't shop here for your pets yet it is worth a visit. You won't be disappointed. Alicia, thank you for leading an excellent team and always going above and beyond to get my pups the products they like.

An Excellent shop with excellent staff. The store was very clean and well kept. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. You can tell they know their stuff! High end products with exceptional service. I only want the best for my pup and that’s a why I’ll be using this pet choice in particular for all my future needs. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone who really cares about their animals and wants the best for them.

We LOVE taking my large dog here for baths. The raised grooming tub saves my back from having to hunch over in our tub during winter or during warmer weather outside on the ground with the hose. We have been going since last fall but wish I knew about them sooner! They provide everything from brushes, shampoo(even have one for sensitive skin ❤️), conditioner, a dryer and towels. Only 12$ but we almost always leave with a toy or treat for the good boy. Shout out to Ana Belle for being super helpful on our first visit!

I just visited the store. Absolutely can’t stop talking about the experience. Super super super clean. Alicia was a big help! Very knowledgeable. I also tried the bathing station for the first time. Super cool set with a not so thrilled dog. I think he actually loved it. Can’t wait to go back. A+++++++
