In Sept 2025, I had an emergency situation with my one year old puppy, and Dr. Karen Schreiber and her staff were absolutely amazing in my time of need! We were not even a patient here, but we were prioritized, seen right away, and given outstanding quality care, which truly shows the heart of any veterinarian. I strongly recommend Chittenango Animal Hospital and Dr. Karen Schreiber to anyone looking for high-quality medical care for your pet at an incredibly reasonable price!

Love this place! I've met 3 of the Veterinarians in the past 6 weeks and they were all wonderful! Moved here recently and had to find new Veterinarian for my dogs and I can't say enough great things! Loving, knowledgeable and Compassionate!

Place is great and they truly care about your pet. This is the 4th dog we've brought to them and will continue to come here. Nice comfortable waiting room and very nice rooms for your pet when their for appointments.

My visit was on Friday, August 25, 2023. During my visit, the staff was friendly and professional. They helped explain things in detail and offered options for flea prevention treatments for my cat. The vet, Dr. Carter was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My cat was well taken care of at the location during his routine follow-up. This was my first appointment with Dr. Carter but my second visit to the office. The appointment date and time were convenient. There was little to no wait for both scheduling the appointment as well as the wait time when I arrived at the office. I would highly recommend the office and will return in the future.

I absolutely love Chittenango Animal Hospital. The staff is amazing. Dr Carter and Dr Cook always spend time explaining the situation and make sure they’ve answered all my questions and concerns. They never make me feel rushed. Their vet techs are amazing. Taylor, my favorite, is so good with my 2 Rottweilers. She sees Peanut once a month for a nail trim and she’s wonderful with her. She (Peanut) tends to be a bit unruly at times. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I could not recommend them more. Thank you CAH for taking such great care of my babies!
