The most wonderful people I have had deal with my animals in a long time! From the front desk associate to the amazing assistant Marissa and Dr Colleran! Everyone was incredibly nice and thorough with my baby boy! Super helpful and listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions! They were kind and compassionate to me as well as my dog! Its quite a trip for me to get there over an hour 1/2 one way and I would drive it everyday if need be!!! I feel like I hit the lottery finding this amazing place! Thank you for patience and kindness to both myself and Bentley!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chi Animal Hospital. From the moment you walk through their beautiful doors, you feel how personal and intentional their care truly is. The offer coffee/tea and water for the humans and fresh water for the pups. They don’t just treat pets, they care for the whole family. When I lost my sweet 15 year old pug, their team went above and beyond in the most meaningful way. They sent the kindest sympathy card, in which everyone wrote kind words, not just their names, and it meant more to me than they will ever know. In such a painful moment, their compassion and sensitivity reminded me that we were never just another appointment on their schedule. I am so impressed with Chi’s small animal hospital. I wish I would have known about them sooner! My dog is being palliative managed for his osteosarcoma and he loves the staff here. He gets weekly acupuncture and he’s on their herbals. Ashley the tech is especially helpful and very nice. Samson loves her ❤️

The staff there are always super friendly and welcoming The amount of love and treats my dog receives there makes vet visits super easy because she sees it like a reward. My dog received acupuncture and has participated in the workshop/clinical program. Definitely would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for more homeopathic route. My dog has a disease that is incurable, but we are able to deal with some of the symptoms with their treatments and herbs. I always request Marissa. She’s very adept at her job and very friendly. Very thankful for Chi and their staff!

Dr Komina & all the staff are absolutely wonderful. My bully Greyson was one of Dr K's first patients when she started & they gave us almost 2 years that the 'regular' vets said were not possible due to a lesion growing on his brainstem at 10 yrs old. We take our cats there now and I will never use another vet for my four legged kids. They treated us like family when we had to let Greyson go, everyone came in to say goodbye to him & came back & hugged us afterward. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for & you couldn't ask for better treatment, animal or human. 🥰🐶🐱
