Chewy Vet Care Fountain Oaks

Chewy has always gone above and beyond for customer experience and this vet care location is no different. Bradley, Nykolle, and Dr Rogers made this annual stressful vet visit into the most wonderful experience. I came in the morning and they made me coffee which was very sweet. They noticed that my cat, Daisy, was beyond upset and brought in a cat tree for her to explore and find comfort in. They also built trust with her by giving her a churro stick! They did not rush us at all, took the time to explain all options, and even helped us with recommend food research. In the end, they sent us home with a good bag full of stickers, treats, and toys! I am so grateful to have found such a caring vet practice! I will be recommending to all my friends in the city! Price wise, i think I got a bett

I’m always skeptical going to new providers/healthcare facilities, but I was very impressed with Chewy from the moment I walked in. Niki at the front was very friendly and warm. The lobby and rooms are very modern, clean, bright, and welcoming. They review pricing and options with you on the screen in the room. More importantly, they have affordable options and they’re transparent with pricing. The visit was fast, and we didn’t have a long wait. The care team (Dr. Miller-Johnson & Camille) was very approachable and friendly. This may be Koda’s new vet!

Such kind staff!! They were up front and informative every step of the appointment. My baby is already feeling better and loving her gifts. They have brought my heart such a calmness knowing that her care is in good hands. I recommend them very much! Thank you Dr. Shaffa and the team!!

I am a new cat mom and I have finally found a vet home for my fur babies (two orange tabbies). If I could leave 10 stars I would! No one told me how difficult it is to find a GOOD vet home. I feel like I’ve hit the lottery. This is a great establishment and they are truly doing the Lord’s work. Setting up my appointment prior to my visit was seamless thanks to the their front desk team. I was so impressed at how beautiful and bright this location is when I walked in. The receptionist (I believe her name is Nikki) was kind and immediately took me to the exam room where my babies would be looked over. Aliza came in and gathered information. My darling Bengal has been ill. I switched to the Chewy Vet at Fountain Oaks and it has been such a great experience. Dr. Johnson is wonderful and Nykolle was so attentive and detailed. This is top notch vet care by far. Aside from being professional they are kind, compassionate, and authentic. We will be moving all our animals to this clinic.
