After many years at a clinic I eventually had to leave due to poor and unprofessional practices, I decided to find a new place for my senior dog, who is 12 years old. From the very first visit, this clinic stood out immediately. The initial consultation was quick, clear, and straightforward. They did not push unnecessary treatments or try to upsell services just to charge more money. Everything was explained honestly and efficiently. I soon scheduled a dental cleaning procedure for my dog, and the estimate was more than reasonable—logical, fair, and transparent. Unlike other places, the pricing here actually makes sense and feels ethical. The care and attention have been excellent throughout. The veterinarian is truly professional and compassionate. I’m thrilled with the attention & care my kitty received at Chewy Vet Care in Aventura . I’ve taken my little Judi several times in the past few weeks but happy to say she’s 100% better thanks to Dr Artemis & Dr Santo. Ricky greeted us with such kindness , I knew we were in the right place. Ricky went far beyond just checking us in but made us feel cared for throughout the whole visit. Jennifer was also very caring & we felt confident in her as our tech. The whole experience was made so much less stressful with the professional yet warm staff. My kitty has been sick a long time and this was the first vet of many to know the exact test & treatment to get her well. I’m forever grateful to both vets & staff!

Everyone is super friendly. Clinic is very clean and welcoming. Staff is knowledgeable and know how to interact with animals, showing absolute care for pets. Mimi loved her Vet Dr. Elisa Santos and assistant Erica. Brianna was the first person we saw in the front and she set the tone for the entire positive experience. Took picture and signed us in. The exam room has your pets name, picture, and the plan of the exam, it was like our pet was in a hotel room. We are happy to see that chewy is starting to open vet clinics if they are all like this, and personal touch goes a long way. Recommend to anyone if you’re looking for a vet clinic that really cares and enjoy what they do.

I can’t believe I waited as long as I did to come see the amazing vet team at Chewy Vet Care Aventura. Truly an amazing experience. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. I really enjoy bringing all my cats here. It’s so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Plus my cats feel comfortable with everyone here. Can’t wait to bring my 3rd cat Selene here. :) Also Dr. Artemis and his team, Gabby Tristen and Ricky thank you for taking care of and loving my babies as if they were your own!

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had from a vet in a very long time. My 10 year old husky and I have had our fair share of different vet doctors to help him and many of them have not been able to help us like Dr. Santos has. This team is amazing, Erica and Richard were extremely helpful as well with the whole process. Wolfie and I are definitely making this our home clinic from now on and we hope this review guides you to choose this clinic as well. This team is amazing and always on top of their stuff. Nothing but good energy, extremely attentive, and I can tell they care for Wolfie as much as I do. 🫶🏼
