I had the absolute BEST experience at Chews A Puppy! From the moment I walked in, I could tell they genuinely care about their puppies. The store was clean, organized, and didn’t have that overwhelming “pet store” smell, which already made a huge difference. The puppies were happy, playful, and clearly well taken care of. The staff was honestly the best part. They were so patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. They answered every single question I had and made sure I understood everything about caring for my new puppy before bringing them home. You can really tell they love what they do and truly want their puppies going to good homes. They also explained the health information, paperwork, and next steps clearly, which made the whole process feel smooth

Steph was amazing. She is super friendly and she gave us great information about puppies. She’s super enthusiastic and funny. This location was extremely clean. They have a great system of clearing out the rooms disinfecting them so that the puppies don’t get sick. I highly recommend this location.

Had a great experience with Choose a Puppy! The staff working was super sweet and helpful. We got quite the discount on our puppy and she was very well kept. They treat their puppies wonderfully! Definitely recommend this business if you're looking for a cute companion!

They try to sell puppies like car salesmen: no price upfront. First you look at the puppy, interact with it, and then they ask how much you’re willing to pay. They took my driver’s license, scanned it, and put it into their system. Only God knows what they will do with my information. They also made me fill out a form in which about 25% was about what I was looking for in a dog, and the other 75% seemed focused on their marketing strategy, going as far as asking on which days of the week and at what times I saw their ad. Very strange. The woman helping us kept evading our questions about the Cavapoo. We were there for almost an hour. She let us interact with the dog but kept saying she had to “run it through the system” to get the price. We told her, “Please do.” Then she asked, “But are
