Customer Reviews
Let me start by saying I am humbled, blessed and thankful to everyone at the Chesidin Animal Hospital. My 5-year-old chocolate lab had an Xray for a puppy count there a week before delivery. Dr Henshaw, Talean and Will handled her as if she was their own. 6 days later she went into labor and had some complications. I took the almost 2 hour drive, where I was meet outside to help get her in. Dr. Grenoble and Talean took over and performed a C-section. In 30 minutes, we had a live puppy, and Mercy was in recovery. I cannot give enough thanks to them all (Dr. Henshaw, Dr Grenoble, Talean, Lauren and Will). This is how a Veterinary Hospital should be run. It is a place where your animal comes first not the money. I will gladly continue to take the almost 2 hour drive any day for the quality of
The veterinarian was very unprofessional, lacked experience, education, and even mocked treatment s that work for FIP. 2 of the veterinarians cannot read blood charts and stated my cat was bitten by a tick. Also that she would die that night. I went to another vet to get another opinion and it was the red blood count that was off. She has FIP and it is treatable.
Today was my first time at Chesdin Animal Hospital. Unfortunately, one of my dogs was having an emergency. They were willing to see me which was great and I'm also in the market for a new vet since mine retired. I really liked the vet that helped us. He was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and cared about my dogs wellbeing. Most importantly, he made sure my dog was feeling better before I left. His staff wasn't as friendly, they never asked why I was there, or what was wrong with my dog. Being new, one can only expect so much. The facilities were neat and clean, and it appeared they were well equipped. All of the customers appeared happy to be there relative to their situations. Considering the varying cost of vet care, the amount I was charged for services rendered was also f
The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They were also efficient in diagnosing the medical issue with our pet without reccomending unnecessary testing, procedures and vaccines like the big box veterinary clinics do. Walk ins are accepted and were timely. Check the walk in schedule before arriving. We had an approximate one hour wait outside in our vehicle and were notified when they were ready for our pet. We will be returning with our other pets.
I took my 16 yr old Yorkie in because he was so sick I wasn’t sure if he was going to make it. The staff from start to finish were kind and explained everything. The doctor was excellent as well. My sweet boy just needed some meds . He’s all better and doing great. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.
