Shoutout to Chenal Valley Animal Hospital for seeing our Gucci on a last minute call this morning after he had his first head tremor episode. We are so very thankful for their patience and kindness. From the receptionist, Kylie, on the phone and at check-in to Nurse Annie and Dr. Ashlyn, what an amazing and compassionate team. We are so impressed. Nurse Annie and Dr. Ashlyn had listening ears, loving hearts, and provided all the details in the feedback/results that we did not have any questions when it was time to leave. The trust that was developed within moments of being there spoke for itself and we are so very thankful for them today. Loyal and genuine care was provided and Gucci loved them like he has known them all this time. I highly recommend their team for your pets care. 🤍

Dr Waylan was very thorough in her examination of my arthritic, old dog Will. We discussed at length his treatment options and prognosis and she was very knowledgeable and informative, caring and kind. I feel like Will is in the best hands and getting the best care. I highly recommend Chenal Valley Animal Hospital to all my friends and neighbors.

It's hard to find doctors in little rock that handle birds. After being told no to service for birds (several times), I was finally directed to this hospital that handles birds. The doctor was knowledgeable and concerned and the whole staff seemed friendly and patient. It also helped they were so accommodating last minute.

Have been going to this Vet for 20 years with several animals. My lab gets an arthritis shot here every month. They have my card on file. They charged and unauthorized charge of $345. I did not authorize them to charge a single time of my card. I walked out without giving them permission and did not get services. They ran my card after I left on purpose and out of spite!!! They are very rude especially Martha and Karyn Humphries!!! I called back while I was in the parking lot and told them not to charge me and to take my card off file! And that I would not use them again after 20 years!! They ran my card anyway. They had no authorization to run a single thing on my card!! I would warn anybody from using this Clinic. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau also. Please do not have

Kodak has been a patient at Chenal Valley Animal Hospital since the end of August When I found him and we couldn't have hoped for anyone better to take care of his health! Everyone out there is extremely kind and helpful and Kodak doesn't even mind going to his appointments at all; he remains his calm, cuddly happy self everytime we go. We also love the monthly pet plan we enrolled him in. We're still new to cat ownership but we couldn't recommend this clinic any more if we tried! We're so glad we found this place!
