Chelsea's Bed & Biscuit

My pups love this place! We have been going here pretty regularly for boarding since we got our first dog in 2020. Our 2 pups are always excited to go stay at "camp" as I call it, LOL. They always come home happy and seeming like they had a great time. The staff is so friendly. You can also make profiles for your dogs and book their stays through their website, which I always use. It's so convenient, and you can upload their vaccine records to their profile too. Thank you Chelsea's staff for everything you do! We appreciate you guys!!

If I could leave a zero or negative star review I would. My dogs stayed for about a week. At the front desk they bragged about how only one dog at their kennel ever got kennel cough, that they regularly clean the kennels especially if there’s a mess, and if someone isn’t eating or gets sick they will take the dog to your vet. I picked up my dogs and they were filthy like they were rolling in filth the whole time and both had caught kennel cough my older dog even got pneumonia. The older dog has lost weight from 65 to 50 pounds, which tells me she wasn’t eating while at the kennel and they did nothing! I reported this to the kennel a week ago and they were unconcerned offering no apology, I finally complained enough that they said they would have the owner call me- that was over a week ago.

Took our bulldog Butters and our Chihuahua to get groomed. Went to pick them up and they acted like they didn't want to leave! Service included de-shedding, bathing, ear cleaning and nail trim. The ladies took extra time to trim our Chihuahua's hair and wipe our bulldog's rolls and paws with medicated wipes for yeast, everyone went out of their way to say hi, even when they were outside on their brake. We will be using them as our regular groomer and I even scheduled my neighbor to have their dog groomed next week!

Our experiences with Chelsea’s have been nothing short of outstanding. We found them through Bulletproof when our boy went through the 15 day training program. He was so happy we knew we found a place we can trust to kennel him when the need arises. Last time I dropped him off, he trotted back to the kennels & didn’t even look back (I’ll miss you too, Bubba). We also leave our cat with them and he is equally well cared for and happy. We live in West Chester & drive past 5 other kennels that I know of to get our very loved boys to Chelsea’s. We proudly & confidently recommend them to everyone. I took my labordoodle here to be groomed . I picked her up and when I got home I noticed her hair was uneven all over. I asked them to leave her face and top of her head fluffy. But her face was short and chopped unevenly. Even her paws where uneven. I could have given her this cut myself
