I was referred by CGHS I called a little panicked about getting my 105lb completely petrified of the vet American Bulldog an appointment to screen for possible cancer , Pam the receptionist was amazing & very patient with me she actually listened to what I was saying , Pam set up my appointment made all the special arrangements happen that are needed for my big baby to see the Vet .So Thank you Pam . Dr. Stephani was also amazing direct to the point answered all my questions & the ones I forgot to ask . Kudos to all 3 techs that also helped I didn't get all your names but Thank you from myself & Gypsy this was no doubt the most calm easiest appointment we've ever had . Your patience compassion and understanding was on point fantastic Team !!!!

Dr. Holly S is probably one of the best in her profession that you’ll find in the Greene/Columbia County areas. Her approach to Harley, my English Bulldog who won’t comply if she doesn’t want to, is an approach that is soft, gentle, and calms her down. When Dr. Holly sits on the floor instead of using the table, Harley feels more comfortable, and calms down. That tells me everything I need to know that gives me confidence her heart is in the right place. She translates the medical jargon in a way that’s easy for the common layman to understand. We love Dr Holly S and Chatham Small Animal Hospital, thank you for all you do!

I cannot recommend Chatham Small Animal Hospital enough! I take all three of my cats here, and the level of care and attention they receive is consistently outstanding. ​The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and truly treats your pets like their own. They’ve been fantastic with my boys, Cobra Kai, Eagle Fang and Miyagi-do, ensuring they stay up to date on their wellness exams and vaccinations. I especially appreciate how thorough they are—whether it's managing routine preventative care like Bravecto or handling or emergencies like when ny Miyagi-do ate a dryer sheet and the doctor performed emergency surgery and saved his life! ​It is such a relief to have a veterinary team that is patient, compassionate, and communicative. They cared for my first fur baby and now my second. Would not trust taking my pup anywhere else. We drive over and hour just to make sure he is in great hands. I recommend them to everyone. Dr. Holly & the whole team are excellent, even with my reactive dog.

Dr. Holly and the staff are always friendly. Dr. Holly takes the time to explain everything to make sure you understand before you walk out the door. Bleu and Luke love going there.
