I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chatham Animal Clinic and Dr. Hadad! From the very beginning, my experience was absolutely exceptional. I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was already a huge relief. The front desk staff made check-in effortless, greeting us warmly and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Once Jace and I were taken back, we barely had to wait before Dr. Hadad came in, no long lag times, no feeling forgotten, just prompt and attentive care. What truly stood out was how incredibly gentle, patient, and attentive he was with Jace. He took the time to observe him, interact with him, and make sure he felt comfortable. We had a last-minute emergency situation and were frantically calling around with no luck. From the moment I spoke with someone on the phone at Chatham Animal Clinic, I immediately felt a sense of comfort and kindness that helped calm my nerves. This was our first visit, and we had no idea what a beautiful facility they have...we were absolutely blown away. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely compassionate. The doctor and team even came out to our car to help us get our Labrador out of our vehicle. Our kitty suddenly became very ill and upon a friend’s recommendation, we brought our baby here . So very happy we did! The entire staff were kind, attentive, patient, and efficient. The facility was clean as a whistle & even the clients waiting were friendly! Dr. Victoria S. was thorough, gave us options, let us know ahead what to expect financially, and gave our baby the best and gentlest care. It’s obvious everyone here both loves and takes their jobs very seriously. They also offer pet meds less expensive than online stores and will deliver them as well! If I could give them 6 stars I would! It’s a bit of a drive for us and I won’t hesitate to go the distance for such amazing care and customer service. It's about a 45 minute drive for me but I've delt with C.A.C. FOR 10 or more years and they've always impressed me with there care and attention for my horse's dogs and birds. They've always been up front with care and cost.

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are always clean and admin is fast and organized. They treat you and your pets like family. I drive past several vets because of the quality of care I receive from them!
