Our dog is very shy and wary of new people so we weren’t sure of introducing her to a walker but Laura has really won her over by being gentle and sweet with her. Her communication is quick and thorough and I love the Pupdates we get after each walk. I’d highly recommend Chas Co and Laura. She cares deeply about safety and walks with two leashes. Thank you!

Laura cat-sat for me, for about a week recently. Communication and check-ins were a breeze with the Time to Pet app, which was a great way to receive updates about my cat's eating habits, as well as pictures of him playing or resting. My cat is a shy guy, so it took him a visit or two to be brave enough to come out for her, but he looked very happy in the pics she sent me. Additionally, he has asthma, and she was able to administer his preventative inhaler. It was a stress free and positive experience... I highly recommend Chas Co! :)

Laura has been a lifesaver watching our two cats. One is a little temperamental and she cares so much that we know they are well taken care off. Scheduling and invoicing is a breeze. We love the pictures she takes with her updates. Whenever we are on vacation we always look forward to the notes from her telling us how they are doing!

Laura was a wonderful pet sitter for our Cat. She was very communicative and sent great photos, plus you can just tell she's a real animal lover. I would definitely recommend Chas Co to anyone, and will be hiring them again.

My cat is difficult, she is unpredictable, bites & doesn’t really like anyone, but Laura takes excellent care of her. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
