Charming Paws - Grafton

Our family absolutely loves Charming Paws Grafton! As long-time customers, we have never had a better boarding experience anywhere else. We board our dog for multiple weeks every year, and each and every time it’s been an outstanding experience. The staff is over-the-top sweet and loves our dog like family. We look forward to our Charming Paws daily report cards and they are the highlight of our family texts. On the drive over to Charming Paws, our dog gets very excited and knows he is in for a fun day! Everyone at Charming Paws has been wonderful with all of our pups. We feel very confident in their professionalism and respect for all of the animals they care for. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for doggy daycare or boarding.

The staff here are amazing! We had such an amazing experience. I was so nervous to try another boarding facility due to a really bad experience at a another facility. Asher was so happy, calm, clean and looked like he had a blast. We loved being able to see pictures of him while we were gone a long with the daily report card updates from staff. Our grooming experience here was amazing as well. We had asked that he was groomed with a nail trim before pickup. He was so shinny, silky, and smelled amazing. We have been taking our pup to Charming Paws for a couple of years now, both weekly daycare and boarding when needed, and she loves it. The staff is the best, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I truly do not have enough words to describe how amazing the Charming Paws- Grafton facility is for our dog. They always take such great care of our dog, know his needs and keep him safe. Everyone that works there is super friendly, and quickly address any questions I have. They truly have the best interest of my dog in mind. I appreciate how clean the facility is, as my dog used to always come home with a “smell” when at another doggy day care. So I appreciate when I pick him up from doggy daycare I don’t have to worry about that. Thank you Charming Paws for such a great experience for over the last 3+ years for our dog. Excited for our dog to experience the new facility too!
