Got my dogs trimmed and nails cut today, when I got back to the place to pick my dogs up I was informed of a nick on my dogs paw in their words "it shouldn't be much of a problem" but as soon as I got them situated in my car I noticed my dogs paw practically gushing blood onto my clothes and my leg, as for the other dog they were told specifically not to trim or touch his ears but what do I find? They cut his hair in one spot on his ear leaving an uneven and odd line in his fur. Other than the fact that they weren't careful enough the trim on both of my dogs were fine. I enjoyed the bow and tie that each of my dogs had on. I usually have good results but today it took them over 2 hours and my dogs paw is injured.

This is Brody. We purchased him from this pet store in July of 2019. He makes us laugh daily and yes sometimes cuss.... but we love him so much , we are an older couple so you can believe he is very spoiled. He has a personality like no other dog we have had!

Introduce a new client to a groomer and set them up for a grooming appointment. Book! You have a beautiful facility there... don't let a sure sale or appointment walk out the door without forming a relationship!

Have used them for many years with my pets. They have been boarded and take great care of them. Also use their grooming and always do a great job.

Thank you for keeping my grandpups for us. We didn't have to worry. Drop off and pick up was really easy. We were told about how things were done. It was awesome to know if needed again my grand pups have a place to stay. Thank you so much.
