Purchased 15 rats from them 3 days ago to breed for our snakes and every single one of them has a severe upper respiratory infection and now I can’t even use them to breed my snakes without paying a ton of money to treat the infection because it can cause a respiratory infection in our snakes too. Very disappointing that I paid a lump some of cash to be bamboozled out of money.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Boyfriend and I were sold a sick bunny just for it to pass away the SAME DAY. Had to wait 3 days for a refund. Vet told us the bunny hadn’t eaten in at least a day. Calling us a scam publicly is insane. When I called, Tracy didn’t even ask for proof of the rabbit’s death- at that point you had to know something was up. Shame.

Very friendly and helpful with A large variety of animals and products. Prices were decent on some things and little high on others.

Amazing experience!!! My little girl had the time of her life looking at all the critters. Awesome variety full of surprises in every step you take. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly I'll definitely make the trip again. Best part our crickets are lively and stay alive more then 3 days.
