I was very disappointed in the care my dog received at this clinic. He developed a large lump that appeared overnight, and when I brought him in, Dr. Nathan Douglas told me it was “just a hematoma” and advised us to monitor it. We later proceeded with a fine needle aspirate (FNA), which did not yield a sample, yet we were still charged over $200. After the FNA, Dr. Douglas suggested surgical removal and quoted a cost of over $1,600, which we felt was extremely overpriced. In addition, the clinic forgot to administer the vaccinations we had specifically requested for this appointment. We decided to seek a second opinion at Liberty Hill Animal Hospital. Both vets that have seen my multiple dogs over the years are always kind & extremely helpful. Lauren (CVA) was just as exceptional this time as she has been each time I’ve had to come in for various issues (diabetes, arthritis). I know my babies are in good hands!

My recent visit to CPAC was for my senior cat who has an inoperable tumor on one of her paws. Dr Thompson took the time to explain any and all options, upsides and downsides for keeping her as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated his knowledge and expertise. Thank you, BK

You killed my dog. She deserved care after all of the money paid to you over the years, but instead, you rudely kicked us out, and my dog died in my arms. I would give as many negative stars as possible, but I have to give one star, which you don't deserve. Folks, choose any other vet than Cedar Park Animal Clinic. They only care about pet owners' money, not the pets, and even that isn't enough for them. Frankly, this place is dirty, and they'd rather cremate your dog than treat it like the family member it is. Recently took my babies in for a yearly check up and some concerns. The staff and Dr were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain in detail about possible solutions. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about booking an appointment
