Cedar Creek Pet Resort

I absolutely love all the improvements at Cedar Creek Pet Resort under the new management! The new owners are such a delight — you can really tell they care about the business and the animals they look after. I’ll admit I was a little hesitant to come here at first because of the older reviews, but after seeing all the positive changes, it’s clear this place is in great hands now. The facility is so much cleaner and more updated, and even the little touches — like their daily Facebook posts showing happy pets — really show their dedication to the furry guests. Cedar Creek will definitely be my go-to place from now on! 🐾❤️

I’ve taken my dogs here in the past and the improvements made from the new owner in such a short amount of time is great! Also loving the Facebook updates and the report cards.

Grooming here is unbelievable, next level good especially if you have a poodle/doodle breed! Prices are great! They use amazing products. Honestly I have never seen another groomer who can do what they do! Sawyer and Satchmo love coming here too!

They caused the death of our beloved family member. We are finally able to talk about this terrible incident. A staff member returning our dog home from grooming negligently and recklessly let our dog out without a leash on the street side of her car. A driver was passing and hit Chez and killed him. I had to watch my friend bleed out and die on the street. And still no apology from Cedar Creek. They called it an accident when truly it was a negligent, careless act by an untrained staff member. And they didn’t even refund the grooming fee! Terrible terrible people with untrained staff. Stay away!

Best place to take your pet. I needed help due to unexpected last minute plans and they worked with me. They took my dog that night. They took very good care of him and even trimmed his claws for no charge
