We recently moved to Elkton and wanted to continue being foster parents for Mommy's and kitties. We signed up and took the foster orientation and training course. What a fantastic experience. We are now enjoying a new mommy and her four wonderful baby kitties. They bring so much love to our new house. P.S. in 6 more weeks they will be looking for third forever home 🥰 call them or stop in and ask how to adopt one or two if most adorable babies ever

I adopted two cats from here already spayed and had vaccines, one of them developed a rare problem and they were kind enough to take care of it for me. I highly recommend adopting from here, these are people who actually care about animals.

Im a regular foster and foster fail dog and cat parent. This is a wonderful organization to work with.. they care so much and go above and beyond for the community. .They always need help, fostering is easy!

Absolutely Amazing. The staff even while busy do their best to not turn anyone down -- as well as keeping up with the animals in their care. I was able to adopt shugar and we have already bonded and she is absolutely amazing. She's great on the leash without pulling, she recalls, and will be absolutely amazing as my service dog. She was well loved and cared for and it's very obvious in how she acts and her trusting attitude.

This place is doing amazing work for so many abandoned , abused, neglected and surrendered animals in Cecil County !! They are a small facility but very mighty. I really wish the county would build another facility! I see many improvements and lots of tax money being spent ...like at the town park in NE. I just wish that money was going to build another shelter for helpless dogs and cats who have nowhere to go after they've been given up on and abused. I'm pretty sure CCAS has been at max capacity for a long time . If I could choose where my taxes would go , it would be to build another facility! I've had to call CCAS multiple times about suspected animal abuse/neglect and they take those calls very seriously and are quick to respond ! The staff and volunteers work tirelessly caring for a
