I love this pet shop! The friendly and knowledgeable staff always let me know when something is on sale, or if there is an upcoming sale on a product I buy regularly. The prices are comparable to the to conglomerate pet stores, and the sale prices are great. The selection is outstanding, as long as you are looking for quality products. We are lucky to have a local shop like CB Pet Market!

I cannot say enough good things about this pet store and their amazing staff. Today, they went above and beyond to help my dog, who had a bleeding nail. This was something they didn’t have to help with at all, but instead of turning us away, they took the time, care, and compassion to make sure my dog was okay. They went out of their way, stayed with us for a long time, and made sure everything was handled safely and calmly. You can tell they truly love animals and care deeply about both pets and their owners. It’s rare to find a business with such genuine kindness and dedication. A very special thank you to Linda — you were so patient, gentle, and comforting throughout the whole situation. You turned a stressful moment into one full of care and relief.

Great experience at CB Pet Market. The customer service associate was so helpful and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time helping me find the things I needed for my dogs anxiety and teeth cleaning needs. I left knowing I had the right products and helpful tips. My dog and I stopped in for the first time WE are both U.S.Marine Veterans and recently were discharged from the VA Hospital after recuperating for 7 years . It was so refreshing to walk into CB Pet Market . The staff were so friendly and helpful , pointing out options and even the best deals ...After finding out that we were decorated Marine Veterans , they thanked us for our service and applied a Veterans discount saving us even more money on our purchase .
