Gary might be the actual dog whisperer. I took my 14 year old terrier spaniel in for nail trimming and gland expression. She walked in shaking but once Gary picked her up she was fine. Usually I hear her wailing from the other room when she gets her glands done but she was perfectly fine! The staff is very nice and it's super clean inside. This is now my dog's regular place for nails and glands!

Gary and the staff at Cats & Dogs are top notch. They have cared for our two little cats for the past few years, walking us through food and nurturing options as we've navigated their older health issues. Gary has become like family, he truly cares about your pet. The options are abundant to shop and they are always open to customer feedback with items they do not carry. I could not recommend this place more for your go-to pet needs!

I have been bringing my cat Vader to cats and dogs for about 2 years now. He absolutely loves being groomed here and he always looks incredible. He is a long haired breed and always has sooo much fur and matting that they get out without having to shave the spots . He is always so calm and relaxed after he leaves so I know they make it so comfortable for him every time. The staff is so sweet and accommodating!

While the pricing may be enticing, the actual work truly varies. I’ve brought my cat here multiple times for grooming services and the groomers here clearly do not understand how to work with fluffy fur.l they also don’t seem to listen to the customer’s request. On one occasion they didn’t even bother to trim the hair on her paws when that was the only thing we had asked for. The next time they gave her some ridiculous lion cut when we clearly specified it wasn’t what we wanted when they mentioned it. This last time they completely buzzed all of her fur off. We asked for a trim not a full buzz cut. We were very specific about just wanting to take some fur off and they completely disregarded. At this point the price does not justify the poor customer service, experience, and guest satisfact

I highly recommend for all your grooming and pet supply needs! My cat, Willow, is a rag-doll which means a lot of fur. This can be difficult in the summer because of heat and fleas, so I get her the lion’s cut to help the best I can. She has trauma from past groomers which made me super anxious about trying someplace new. Gary and Dino were the absolute best! It honestly couldn’t have gone better. Dino groomed Willow beautifully while Gary held and calmed her. They are a BLESSING! Gary also picked out supplies to help with Willow’s dandruff which is another reason I plan to be back. They care about their customers and their pets. Thank you a million times over! We’ll be back!
