Cathy was able to groom my three fur babies, within a few days. She provided excellent grooming services, including nail trimming. Personable and friendly atmosphere. They looked so good in their doggie scarfs when they were picked up.

Do not go here, I dropped my dog off and when i picked him up, he was acting weird and whimpering, come to find out he had little nicks and cuts all over him, and he is in so much pain, do NOT recommend

horrible service, couldn’t de matt, and my dog came home with cuts all over him, would not recommend

Despite detailed conversation regarding the plan for my pup’s grooming Cathy decided to disregard all we discussed and groom my dog the way she wanted. I was shocked when I picked her up but ,paid the bill and left respectfully. After thinking it over overnight I felt I needed to call and question why that happened. She immediately told me hair grows back and no harm done which of course wasn’t the point. When I tried to refocus the discussion she told me to “ drop dead” NICE customer service!! Dawn Saunders

We have been bringing our dogs to Cathy for over 18 years. She does a good job and very patient with our older dog. She has never turned down our request for an appointment even at the last moment!
