Cat House Hotel

The Cat House Hotel was absolutely wonderful with my senior cat. From the moment she arrived, it was clear how attentive and compassionate the staff are. They took amazing care of her, carefully monitoring her hydration levels, making sure she was eating, and paying close attention to everything that helped her feel comfortable—including the setup of her room. They handled all of her medical needs with great care, including administering her medications and subcutaneous fluids, which gave me so much peace of mind. Malone and Zoe were truly exceptional. When they learned that my cat prefers to drink from a cup, they went above and beyond by holding her water cup for her throughout the day. My cat was facing the wall, in his original carrier, when I picked him up. At the very least, he should have been turned around so he could see the other cats. I was shocked and disappointed when I came to pick him up. Response: Just thought there would be a basket with a blanket set aside just in case he felt comfortable to come out, just like his first stay; I never saw that option. Just saw him in his hard carrier, like when I left. Anyways, thanks for the response.

I can’t express enough how much I love the cat house. We’ve left our cat there 4 times over the last few years and he’s always been treated so well. In fact, they helped us treat worms that he got from staying at another pet housing location in town. He gets to socialize and come back to his own space at the end of the night. Every person that works there that I’ve met has been so kind and wonderful and takes such good care of the cats. I will ride or die for cat house hotel always!

We dropped our 6mo old cat, Leo, at the Cathouse for a few days. It was our first time boarding him so I was a little nervous. I immediately was put at ease when meeting Malone and her co-workers; they all clearly LOVE cats and I felt so comfortable leaving him in their hands. When we arrived to pick him up he was roaming around freely and climbing the tree branches they have on the ceiling, having an amazing time. So thankful that we found this place!

Unreliable service. They will betray you at the last moment, declining the service for the reason that was not even mentioned during our preliminary agreement. I can only imagine how much stress they would cause me when I was out of the country. Probably for any unpredictable reason. But even bad things happen for a cause: my kittens would be severely traumatized by this relocation into the confined uncomfortable cage. The separation from me could make them sick. After crawling on my knees and desperately asking for help, few hours before my flight overseas, my daughter finally agreed to take a minimal care for our two adorable well behaved babies.
