Cat Den

Our cat was there for almost 3 months and was returned to us healthy and happy. We couldn’t be more thrilled with her condition when we picked her up. She was the same weight and was happy as ever! She is a very easy cat and was healthy upon arrival. We found the owner easy to work with and she even was flexible about our cat needing to stay much longer than originally planned. When she was almost out of food, we were informed and we were able to have it delivered. Everything about having our cat stay at The Cat Den was convenient. We didn’t even have much time to plan ahead and we were accommodated.

0 out of 5 stars. Our cat was left here just needing some special food with their feed time as requested. The facility assured us this would be taken care of, and he would be looked after closely. When we returned, our cat was in very bad shape. He lost a lot of weight, was not given all the food we instructed to give him over the course of his stay, and none of us received a phone call that his condition was declining other than he threw up one time. Or else he would have been taken out and brought to an emergency veterinarian. He passed early this morning because of neglect from this facility. He was taken to a vet immediately after picking him up and they couldn't believe how much worse he got in the week since he saw him last. He had dried vomit on him, not cleaned. And our other cat h

0/5 stars. We had a cat with some health issues that this facility said they would be fine to handle for a week. He was improving greatly and just needed some special food. The lady updated us only one time the whole week that he threw up once. Upon return, he had developed such a severe infection that he died a few days later. We took him to the vet right after pickup and the vet was shocked he declined so much in one week. His eye was so crusted over he couldn’t open it. He lost 7oz and his abdomen bloated. He had throw up all over him - dried, days old. It takes days for any of this to happen. She didn’t call or text with any of this information. We had a family member ready to scoop him up if needed, and she said nothing to us. Not even upon pickup. As well, she left feces all over o
