The staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The doctors seemed knowledgeable. My main concern was them continuously going up on their prices the last 1.5 years to the point it became rediculous. A depo started at $20 plus. Then it jumped to 40+ and then 60+ within 4-5 months. I complained and they lowered it to $50. So it appeared they made their own prices. I do not know how they kept clients. When I had to go every two months, there would be as much as a $20 increase on the same medicine. Also an average nail clipping anywhere else was $15. I left this practice when it jumped to $25. I do not believe it was managed well that last 1.5 years, and it possibly was a financial issues, imho. The pets were always cared for though, and I never had a complaint about that. I wish th

Staff is friendly yet professional while understanding my needs and those of my high-stress/fearful kitty. Dr. Elder consistently takes a thorough health history, explains her observations clearly and gives multiple treatment options. I always feel that Natalie’s is very personalized.

This is the best vet clinic I have ever been too and I think them specializing in cats allows them to give superb care to our feline friends and I wish more vets would do this. They are extremely responsive and calmly explained any questions I had (which was a lot) and they stayed within my budget as a college student. I would recommend this vet to anyone with a new cat and to make this your primary vet office for sure! I won’t take my cats anywhere else love these guys!!!

Always kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They genuinely love felines and it shows. I once forgot my car’s paperwork And had to double back, making me 30 minutes late! I called and explained I was about to be late, but they still took my kitten and were very nice about it. Thank you all so much at the cat clinic! Love y’all.

So much goodness in one spot! The cats, the coffee, the staff, and the mission are all amazing. A must if you're living or visiting in greensboro. We even adopted our fur baby from here!
