I haven't owned a cat since I was a little kid and my wife and I took our new 6 month old kitten Nala in for her first check up/rabbies vaccine and the entire staff was extremely nice, professional and caring from the first call to even the moment we walked in the door. They were gentle with our little one and took their time to explain every step to us. We will definitely be returning when needed!

We adopted a cat from Cobb County Animal Shelter who showed mild cold symptoms, which we understood could happen in a shelter environment. We were given medication and sent home. Two days later, our cat began sneezing large amounts of blood — enough to splatter throughout our home. I called immediately and was told to run a steamy shower to relieve his nasal passages. It has now been over a week, two follow-up visits later, and we still do not have a clear or consistent explanation of what is going on. The medication has not worked. On Friday, we were told he could be boarded to help bring him back to health. Now that position has changed because it “could be viral.” The constant shift in direction is concerning and frustrating. My 13 y.o. cat, Charlie, died during a dental cleaning at Cat Care. I know that a procedure with anesthesia carries risks but I really wish Cat Care would have mentioned that the safest way to ensure an older cat is safe under anesthesia is to do a heart ultrasound before the procedure. Even just a mention of this and my husband and I would have done it immediately and discovered his underlying heart condition. Even if the patient’s heart sounds fine, Cat Care, please consider telling other patients that an echo is an option just so they have all the information. After Charlie passed, we asked Cat Care to collect not only fur, but extra fur of Charlie’s as a keepsake for us. They forgot. Charlie was cremated with zero fur collected - this absolutely devastated us. Everyone makes mistakes

Dr. Mike is amazing. I live 30-40 mins away, but I am having issues with my cat urinating outside the litterbox. The other 2 vets I've seen are great for regular exams, but I needed someone to problem solve with me. She spent a lot of time listening to me, explaining behaiors and options. She is passionate about cats and understanding them and truly wants to help. I would highly recommend her and her team.
