this place is amazing. we love all the great products for our cat! everyone here has been amazing and very helpful when we decided to put our cat on a raw diet. today though, the older woman who checked us out with brown curly hair and glasses with the dog sweater was rude. she was short tempered when we were asking questions about our rewards. my husband was asking questions and she kept getting louder when we were just trying to make sure we were going to get our reward points for a free bag of the frozen cat pronto food. hopefully we have the bags added to our account. we left feeling bad about the entire experience. we live in streator but we drove all the way here to morris just to go here and get the food our cat loves. we will be back, but if she is working, we agreed we will walk o

I had such a great experience at this establishment. The staff was very nice and my dog is very comfortable coming here. Such nice items they carry in their store! What a wonderful place!

I brought my recently adopted kitty into Cat and Hound Market for a bathing and nail trimming session, upon being warm and inviting the staff was extremely knowledgeable in pet behavior and nutrition. I noticed the facility houses many of the top tier quality foods for both canine and feline family members. I'm incredibly satisfied in the services provided, as kitty was fully dried, with nails being trimmed to an appropriate length (no over trimming/pain/or discomfort here!) My little fur baby was extremely calm and comfortable upon pickup, which only reassured me that she was left in caring and capable hands. Cat and Hound Market wasn't only a place to get great services, foods, toys, any many other accessories, but a place where my Layla can make new friends which enriched my heart.
