Cascade Animal Clinic

We’ve been going for over a year. The staff is very friendly, and getting an appointment on my preferred days is always easy! They sent me a reminder for my dog to get updated vaccines, I probably would’ve realized several months later had I not received the email. My non-friendly doggo does great with the staff members, and they are very patient with him. I pair up with Lemonade Pet Insurance and most of my visit is reimbursed every time.

Everyone is really nice, but they lack serious communication between receptionist and the vet. On my initial phone call they made no notes about what I said, no one knew my dog was a bite risk and I asked specifically for a blood draw with the assumption he would have to be sedated for everyone’s safety. At my first appointment they could only do a UA, which was fine. So the vet and I talked about him being put under sedation for his second app. Then my second appointment got canceled the day before(the 15th) because he needed to be sedated even though that was discussed with everyone before. I reached out the same day and scheduled him a new appointment so he could be sedated (along with trying trazadone), that appointment also got canceled the day before (the 19th) because it was schedul

I used this clinic for years for my cat. They have been caring and careful with her as she aged. I had to have her released from her 20 yr old life two days ago. I only wished that vets weren’t rotated in as I couldn’t develop a relationship with any one vet. The office staff are superb. Thank you for all you did for my sweet Kitty.

I took my dog in because she was scratching 24/7. She had such a rash she was pink. Now 4 days later most of the pink is gone and she is much more comfortable. I really appreciate all of the time and care they gave her to get her to feeling better.

We used to go to town and country animal clinic in corvallis they were wonderful. But since we moved we had to find one closer. So we decided to try out Cascade. We took our cat in for exam only tow day later to find out she had a severe UTI that they missed so we had to rush her to a 24 hrs clinic downtown that saved her. Thank you. But then we scheduled an appointment for our 2 dogs. They got 3 vaccine which I was hesitant to do. But we did them anyways. Then I asked them if they can provide a epinephrine shot because our little dog is highly allergic to bees and summer is on its way and our other shots are old and lose potency.
