Carwen's Boarding and Grooming

Jay and her daughter are wonderful animal lovers. I have been using this kennel for 20 plus years and they have always been super nice to my boxers over the years. My latest is now almost 12 and white named Louie . He is Feisty one but they manage him well. They take extra care with his quirks. Nothing but good experiences. They give a groom each stay and he comes out smelling so wonderful and nails clipped. Don’t know why some bad reviews. Doesn’t not make sense to me.

I have been taking my dogs (Alaskan Malamute and Samoyed) to Carwens for years! Even after moving away I still drive one hour to leave them there when needed. They have large space for both of them to stay together and I recently had them taking a bath there for the first time after boarding and it was absolutely the best bath and brush they ever had! They are SO soft, clean, and smell amazing!!!

They got my beagles in, in an emergency so I could be admitted to the hospital. Took good care of my girls. And highly affordable for someone on a fixed income. Thanks for the help

I've owned 7 Standard Poodles over 20 years, Carwen's has groomed all of them, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! They always look beautiful when I pick them up, but more importantly, I know that they've been treated well during their time at the shop. The quality of work is top-notch, and their prices are more than reasonable. I've also boarded my dogs several times, and they were very well cared for.

I took my two golden retriever puppies both 1 years old to get groomed. When I went to pick them up the owner I believed approached me. Saying how horrible my one was. How she needed serious training and socialization. I was shocked and so upset. We taken both to training(paid a lot of money for) They both passed with flying colors. We take them everywhere with us! The one who was “so terrible” took trips to nursing homes. I was so upset I contacted my trainer and he recommend maybe first trying a new groomer. So we did… the new groomer said they were both amazing and she couldn’t believe they would say that…… so we just left it alone. BUT then we started daycare and the staff commented on how well behaved they are and how well they listen.. They couldn’t believe that the groomer said tha
