I wanted to write a review immediately. We recently move to the Elko area and just got a new Yorkshire Terrier puppy. I brought him here today for a grooming and couldn’t be happier with Carrie’s! The grooming took less than 2 hours, first of all. They are very sweet and I felt very comfortable leaving our puppy here. They did a great job and he looks perfect. Their shop is clean and not filled with a ton of barking dogs. When I returned to pick up our puppy, he wasn’t shaking or scared. I could tell they are patient and gentle. I found just what I was hoping to find in Elko. This will be our groomer!

I called twice in a week with no call back. I left two voicemails. When I did finally reach Karen, she was extremely rude. I told her my puppy needed to be groomed ASAP and I was calling around to see who could get her in the soonest (because it's summer and hot and she just finished all her vaccines.) She refused to schedule me because I told her I may need to cancel if I get in with someone sooner. She hung up on me after I told her I would search around and call back if her date was the soonest. $100 for a puppy shave-down. Poor phone service. I would never leave my puppy alone with this business!

We our dogs nails trimmed there, very quick and reasonably priced. Carrie is very nice as well.
