The staff was SO friendly! My dog is pretty reactive and high stress, but the staff handled her with the most care and kindness. The whole process was super affordable and the vet gave me all the information I could’ve asked for to help my dog. She also took care of my cat, being very gentle when giving her shots! I really appreciate the entire staff for being so patient and helpful. Will definitely be our regular office moving forward.

Conrad (my daughters Polish rabbit) had a tooth thats was longer than the others. He would immediately be disqualified from show for this. We figured it out last week. I called 6 vets. Only 3 see rabbits. One said almost $1000 for the visit and procedure. What?! The procedure couldn't even be done for 3 weeks. Well, show is THIS WEEKEND. So I stumbled across Carrier Animal Hospital (2405 S. Carrier Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX). They made an appt for Tuesday. Iced in. We were able to get it rescheduled for 2pm today. The exotics vet they have, Sarah, is AMAZING. She was so knowledgeable about rabbits. She even had some herself. She was so good with Conrad. The exam and procedure took less than an hour and Conrad is as good as new. If you have exotic pets and need a vet...HIGHLY recommend Sarah

Absolutely 100% recommend bringing your exotic pets here. I have brought my pet mice here to see Dr. Charlie and she is wonderful. Shes always so kind and helpful even with the smallest of creatures. If you are looking for an exotics vet then for sure bring your animals here!

First time visit. Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Cooper was very thorough and honest. He actually listened to my concerns and gave recommendations for another issue we were having. Look forward to going back.
