Carpet Town Carpet One

Have had 2 floors done by them, love the flooring,our first experience was excellent from start to finish; however the installers for the second job were terrible. We were credited some for the absolutely shoddy work that was done, this was just over a year ago and this morning as I was sweeping my floor the wood slats actually started coming up😡

Buyer Beware!! We stopped in on Saturday August 3rd and met with Justin to price up some new carpet. We were told that the pricing on the pink sign was the per SF cost for carpet only. Justin worked up the carpet and install price which came in at $15/SF. The quote was high so we decided to think about it. When we got home we realized we forgot to write down the manufacturer of the carpets we liked so we went to the Carpet Town website to see if the info was online. We found the carpet we chose and found out the pricing online was $1.50 - $2/SF cheaper on their website. That would have been an $1,800 savings on our project. Unfortunately Carpet Town lost us as a customer and we will be taking our business elsewhere. We don't appreciate the shady sales tactics!

We really like our flooring but ....It took 39 days for them to complete the job. Luckily we withheld 1/2 of our payment until the job was completed.We were given NO instructions about the floor. My friend got laminate flooring from somewhere else. She told me that you can't use the beater brushes on your sweeper or Swiffer mop systems on this type of flooring. We were not impressed. It is unfortunate that locally we have few options.

Andy Sr and Andy Jr did a BEAUTIFUL job on my carpets! They were able to accommodate my quick move in date and was extremely diligent in getting the supplies needed for my bedrooms. They are great, genuine people that delivered a crazy good experience during my stressful home renovations! Thank you so much to Andy, Andy and Julie!

Too bad you have to give 1 star - I wouldn't give any... Job was never finished! Repeated calls and messages to the OWNER and he never committed to a time to finish - they just moved onto the next job.. We wasted countless days waiting for them to show up as scheduled and they were late or didn't show up at all - then blamed it on a "miscommunication", how is it a miscommunication when the store called us to confirm the time??? How is your business legit when you charge us $5,500 and don't finish the job? Word to the wise folks, go with a different flooring place, these people take your money and run... And if you foolishly think your experience will be better, be prepared to do a lot of work yourself, loan out your tools and don't expect to pay for a finished product...
