Alex is great, we have used his services for years! LVT is amazing looks perfect and never a scratch! We very recently got dark hardwood and then carpet added to the steps for our XXL dogs. The carpet guys are meticulous, professional, friendly and clean. Highly recommend for all your flooring projects!

I had received a quote from 50Floor before coming to Carpet Royale. Alex at Carpet Royale gave me a quote for the same job for about 50% of what the other quote had been. I was replacing some berber carpet in two rooms- one with "regular" carpet and the other with some luxury vinyl tiles/planks, and replacing the carpet on the stairs with new carpet. I had the new floors installed within a week. They look and feel great. I didn't even know my stairs had any nosing until they put in the new carpet, really makes the stairs look a lot nicer.

Alex is the owner of Carpet Royale and Rugs and he is simply the best to say the least! I spoke with him over the phone regarding carpet replacement in a room and he told me to come in to discuss options in person. I recommend having your measurements because in that one appointment we picked the carpet and padding, paid for the carpet installation and my appointment was scheduled the next day. The team came out and we’re extremely friendly and efficient as well! they also did an amazing job on the installation!

Went in on a Thursday with our measurements, and Mr. Alex came by Friday to get official measurements and verify estimate. The very next day his crew was out and installed carpet upstairs and laminate downstairs all in one day. Professional and clean. An expert job well done. The carpet installation went Very Well the guys were right on time and were very professional and worked hard to do a Great Job. My carpet looks beautiful.
