Carpet Connection

1 star is too many. I would give 0! Paid thousands for this floor and they laid it on top of my old warped water damaged fiberboard flooring! When I inquired about this & how it would hold up they told me it would be no problem, sent the owners wife out to basically tell me I was crazy and the floor will be fine. Unprofessional & rushed shoddy install, also INSISTED I get grout (of course more money for them!) which made it even worse as the grout is non existent in most places at this point. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Edit to respond: Okay yeah I’m completely making all of this up and your wife never came here after hours 🙄🙄. No leaks no nothing, it hasn’t happened suddenly, just kept swelling. I can pull up the floor further to show where your guys took a sander to

I am very pleased with Carpet Connection. They installed LVT in my kitchen and also installed carpet for me. Their installers were very professional and did an excellent job. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at Carpet Connection.

I have worked with Carpet Connections on two occasions. I used them to install new carpet on a house we were selling and our new home purchase. Both times this company was professional, very friendly, and provided quick services. We had multiple options to choose from and the job was completed when they said it would be. We had a slight install issue that was fixed the next business day at no additional cost. Overall 10 out 10 company!!! I have recommended them countless times to my family and friends. Excellent customer service! The owners are very personable and a joy to chat with. The selection of my new carpet was easy and seamless. The installation process was professional and top quality!! And the price point was perfect!! Will definitely do business with them again when we start our upgrades on the next area of our home. Highly recommend!

Owners maybe nice but this company is messy. They were paid to install carpet my whole house ... I was given a date... they never showed up. Called and visited the actual store.. the man gave some lame excuse on why he didn't come. I accepted another date for the installation 3 weeks later.. guess what ?? I still don't have my floor done.. do not use this company
